What if I need to cancel?

Cancel before your coach's cancellation window - 24 hours before the session by default - for a full refund. After that, we hold the session fee to protect your coach's time. Your booking shows the exact cut-off.

When do I actually pay?

For a session within the next week, your card is authorised when you book and only charged once the coach accepts. If the coach doesn't accept in time, the hold is released - you're never charged. For a session more than a week away, we charge at booking instead (a card hold can't last that long), and refund you in full if the coach can't make it.
