About
About CoachPlus
CoachPlus is a New Zealand directory of sports clubs, public courts and coaches, with booking and payment built in. There are 4,200+ clubs across 30 sports on CoachPlus so far.
We are building the place New Zealand families go to find a sport, a club and a coach. It is made for people starting a sport or coming back to one: finding where to play, what it costs and who can teach them, in one place.
We only earn when a family books and pays through CoachPlus, a small fee on each paid booking. Listing a club is free.
Who it is for
People starting a sport
Find a club, a free court or a coach near you, see what it costs to start, and book a first lesson.
Parents
Book lessons and group sessions for your children, and keep everything in one place.
Coaches
List your coaching free and be found on the clubs and areas where you teach.
Clubs
Every club has its own page. Clubs can update their listing at any time, free.
Where our information comes from
Club details come from the organisations that run each sport, council open data and OpenStreetMap. We list organisations, not private individuals, and clubs can correct or remove their listing at any time. See our data sources
Coach checks
Each coach's profile shows which checks they hold. For police vetting and first aid we check the documents before a badge shows, and checks from a sport's coach register name that register. Reviews come only from people who booked the coach. Safety on CoachPlus
