No. CoachPlus is free to start - no monthly fee, no setup fee. You only pay commission on bookings you actually take. If no one books, you pay nothing.

For your own clients it is 2% per booking, with a $2 minimum. So on an $85 session the platform fee is $2. When a client who is new to you makes their first booking through CoachPlus, we take 20% on that one booking, then they become your client and drop to the 2% rate too. Card processing (Stripe standard rate, about 2.9% + 30c) is deducted from your payout at cost - the same as any payment provider, and we never mark it up. These are our current fees and we will always tell you before anything changes. And if you are one of the first 100 coaches or tutors on CoachPlus, this founding rate is locked to your account for life - a future price change can never touch it.

We track returning vs new automatically by phone or email. Anyone you bring to the platform, and anyone who has booked you before, is always at the 2% rate (min. $2) - the 20% only ever applies to a genuinely new client on their first booking with you through CoachPlus.

CoachPlus does. You set your own free-cancellation window - 24 hours before by default. Bookers cancel themselves through their account; cancel inside your window and the charge stands and you get paid. Coach-side cancellations refund the booker automatically.
