Find a coach, pick a service from their profile, choose a time that suits you, add participants, and pay. The coach confirms and you get an SMS. Most bookings take under two minutes.

No account needed. You book with your name, phone number, and a card. We create a lightweight profile so you can manage your bookings and get reminders by SMS.

Yes. During the booking you add participants - the people who will actually attend. Add their name and age. You pay, they attend.

If the coach allows it, you can share a bring-a-friend link from your booking detail. Your friend pays their share directly and gets their own confirmation.

Your card is held when you book and charged once your coach confirms. If the coach declines or never confirms, you are not charged. Bookings more than 7 days away and group sessions are charged when you book, and refunded in full if you cancel in time.

Each coach sets their own free-cancellation window - 24 hours before the session by default, though some set a longer one. Cancel outside that window for a full refund, no questions. Inside it: no refund, the charge stands and the coach is paid for holding the time. Your booking always shows your coach's exact cut-off.

You get a full refund automatically. CoachPlus notifies you by SMS and email straight away. Repeated coach cancellations trigger a review of their account.

Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed automatically - no need to contact us. They usually appear in your account within 5-7 business days depending on your bank.

Check your SMS confirmation - it contains a link to your booking detail. From there you can reschedule (free outside your coach's cancellation window) or cancel.

When a session fills, you can join the waitlist by entering your card details - no charge yet. If a spot opens, you are automatically charged and confirmed. You can leave the waitlist at any time before that happens.

Check that your phone number was entered correctly. If it looks right, email hello@coachplus.co.nz with your name and the coach you booked - we will look it up.
